We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CARGO CONTAINER. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of eligible items within [30 days of delivery].

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

* Returned within 30 days of delivery
* Unused and in original condition
* In original packaging with all accessories included
* Free from signs of outdoor use, damage, dirt, smoke, or wear

Products that show signs of use or are not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

* Final sale or clearance items
* Gift cards
* Customized or special-order items
* Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
* Items not purchased from our official U.S. store or authorized channels

 

RETURN SHIPPING

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, not liking the product, or ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

If the return is due to an error on our side (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
