Payment Method
We support three payment methods including ATM bank transfer, online credit card payment and cash on delivery. Online credit card accepts VISA, MasterCard and JCB. For ATM transfer, please use the designated bank account information; your order will be reserved for four days starting from the order date, and will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within the time limit. If you need to extend the reservation period, you can contact customer service by email for processing.
Cash on delivery service is only available for Taiwan Island, and repeated refusal of parcels will result in disqualification from future COD service.
Shipping & Delivery Information
We adopt different charging standards for Taiwan main island and offshore islands. Taiwan island shipping fee is NT$120, free shipping for orders over NT$2000. Offshore islands including Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu are delivered by Chunghwa Post with a shipping fee of NT$250, free shipping on orders over NT$3500, and COD is not supported for offshore orders.
- Orders placed before 14:00 on working days will be shipped the next day, while orders placed after 14:00 will be arranged on the next working day.
- Delivery is available Monday to Saturday, suspended on Sundays and national holidays.
- Warehouse is closed on weekends and national holidays, and all holiday orders will be shipped on the first working day.
- International shipping service is not provided at present.
Order Tracking & Inquiry
You can log in to the member center and check your order history and logistics tracking number in the order inquiry page. Logistics information may not be updated immediately on the shipping day, please check the tracking status again after a period of time according to your logistics carrier.
