Eligibility For Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • Products showing damage from misuse, modification, or improper handling are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Return & Refund Process

  • Submit a Request: Contact us to initiate your return with your order number and reason.
  • Return Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return shipping guidelines.
  • Inspection & Confirmation: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the result.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the payment.Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval:
